Your role will focus on keeping tasting bowls clean, sanitized, and ready for use throughout the event. This position plays an essential part in maintaining a smooth flow for guests.
Tasks may include:
Pre-Tasting Washing: Assisting guests with washing and sanitizing their bowls after they’ve selected them upon arrival.

Between-Sample Rinses: Helping guests rinse their bowls between soup tastings.

Final Wash Before Departure: Offering a last rinse or wash so guests can take home a clean bowl as a keepsake.
