Your role will focus on being a flexible, go-to helper who can jump in wherever assistance is needed throughout the Empty Bowls event. Floaters help ensure the event runs smoothly by covering shifts, filling in for volunteers on break, and responding to unexpected needs with a positive, can-do attitude.
Tasks may include:

Providing Support: Stepping in to assist at stations such as bowl washing, raffle tables, VIP tent, taking pictures for attendees at photo booth, etc.

Assisting with Guest Services: Offering directions, answering questions, or helping guests navigate event activities.

Team Coordination: Communicating with event staff to identify and respond to areas needing immediate support.
