Your role will focus on creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere at the wine pull area, helping to encourage participation and ensure guests have a smooth, enjoyable experience. You’ll assist attendees with entering raffles, pulling wine bottles, and answering any questions they may have.
Tasks may include:

Greeting Guests & Encouraging Participation: Offering a warm welcome and explaining how the raffle basket and wine pull work. Promoting the activities to guests, highlighting available prizes, and making the experience exciting.

Assisting with Purchases & Entries: Helping guests complete entries or purchases, whether in-person or through the event’s online platform.
Prize Management: Keeping wine bottles organized, inviting and ensuring prizes remain attractively displayed.
